Arts Leaders, Authors and Educators Sought as Moderators and Panelists

Arts and music authors, educators, creative visionaries and organization leaders are always being sought as panelists and moderators for upcoming summits. New panels and panel topics are regularly added to our conference section. Those selected as panelists are not paid but they do receive great opportunity to reach the many artists that attend the event.  In each panel room is a table that is available for the display of promotional materials or books from about 20 minutes prior to the panel to about 20 minutes after the panel.

All potential panelists and moderators are encouraged to follow this simple submission process.

Simple Submission Process for Moderators and Panelists

  1. Send your resume/bio, personal or organizational mission statement and one sample of any of your key works, books, etc. to Panels Selection Committee, Artists Helping Artists, PO Box 8496, La Crescenta, CA 91224.  Or, you may email our Panels Selection Committee at TheArtistsLine@cs.com with your resume/bio in the body of an email along with your personal or organizational mission statement while the remainder of your submission is in route via mail.

  2. As part of your submission, please include a short note that states what you like about the Call to Arts! campaign and the various Summit activities and how you see your work aligns to these activities.

  3. As part of your submission please note what types of panels you feel you would excel with and also if you have moderated such panels before.   (These could be panels that already exist or others that could be developed.)

  4. Please note if you or your organization are interested in exhibiting in the Summit hall throughout the day of the event.  This is ideal for panelists to have a stable location throughoug the summit to promote their works and services.

  5. Also, please note in what specific ways you would promote your specific panel (should you be selected) so that you could draw additional artists to it.

NOTE:  Selected panelists receive two Full Access Summit Passes (one for themselves and a second for an assistant) and qualify for NonProfit rates on exhibitor booths.

Due to the number of arts and music leaders wishing to speak on panels, no guarantees are made that submissions will result in approval on any panels.
