Exhibitor
Booth Specifications

Artists,
Nonprofit groups, Crafters and Small Businesses must bring their own tables
and chairs. Spaces are 8' x 8' and some may have electrical access -
please request placement near an electrical outlet if you need it for your
presentation.

Artist/Nonprofit
Booth prices
apply ONLY to nonprofit groups and individual visual or performing
artists, musicians, bands and groups who are selling
their artworks (i.e. a gallery exhibiting several
artists' works).

If you
are a Crafter or a Small Business (any for-profit
business of 5 or less employees) or
a Business with 6 or more employees,
please use the Crafters & Small Business Exhibit Booth.

Corporate
exhibitor booth spaces are 10' x 10'. Included with each
space is one table and three
chairs. Corporate exhibitors
will have access to all workshops and panels and use of one electrical outlet.

Exhibitors may bring additional
table or other booth materials that would
appropriately fit in their space.

Banners may not be placed on walls
of facility. But, exhibitors may bring poles to place
behind or hang banners over front of
table.

NOTE:
Some exhibitors may be placed in the courtyard outdoors. Courtyard is
shaded with large trees.

Exhibitors
will be emailed exact instructions at least 30 days prior to the day of the
Call to Arts! Summit - no other packets will be sent. If you prefer to
receive instructions by another method, please advise us when you place your
order.

By sending or authorizing payment to
The Call to Arts! Summit IV in
any form, payer agrees that payments are not refundable
for any reason including but not limited to failure to
use Call to Arts! Expo exhibit spaces, insert opportunities
due to illness, acts of God, travel-related
problems and loss of employment.
